We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return:

To start a return, email us at sue@dbsexpressstore.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

 Any cosmetics and personal care items cannot be returned. We don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

 To exchange an item, return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.

European Union Cooling Off Period:

 For EU orders, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
